Happy recovery!

I hope everyone is enjoying this month of holidays! Just one more to go for me - New Year's Eve is also sometimes filled with lots of goodies that are sweet and fatty! 
A great tip for this time of year is to stick with a light yoga practice with gentle twists to aid digestion and to also sip peppermint and/or ginger tea throughout the days you feel over-extended. Adding fennel will also help with excess gas and bloating.
Just to keep you up to date I have pretty much sold out of my inventory this year! I will be updating the SVHerbals tab on this site as soon as I have items to share with you! I do have some items that are stored at the Natural Wellness Studio if you happen to be there for a yoga class, meditation session or workshop then feel free to browse the cabinet!
Speaking of the Studio I have many things coming up! I will post my schedule of yoga classes below. Also I have a guided meditation slot on January 2nd from 10:30 am - 11:30 am right after yoga from 9-10 am. If you take the yoga class and join in for the meditation then you get a discount on the meditation; otherwise it is only $10 drop in! Bring a mat, blanket, pillow or whatever you like to relax with. Yoga classes are always $10 drop in.
There is also a Boost Your immune System workshop scheduled for January 15th from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. This workshop is amazing and holds a lot of information, recipes and demonstrations!! Sign up on my Facebook Event!
