Hi All! It has been a while since i have posted here - there has been a lot going on and I am left with little time to sit down and blog but I am making the time today to catch up on things! I have been working hard to complete my 500 yoga teacher training at the same time as my Reflexology certification and have now completed both! I am a perpetual student of natural wellness and am now wondering what to take on next; any thoughts???? We have hard a tough spring with the crazy amount of gypsy moth caterpillars we ended up with. Most of our trees were damaged so no large fruit tree yields this yeah. That and the heat with very little rain is doing a number on the great outdoors. This makes me sad because of my love for canning things. We did get quite a few black raspberries so I am sure those will become something. I am hoping my local farmer's markets will be able to supply what I need so I can get some good things canned. My thoughts are to do quite a bit of meals like stews and meats in my pressure canner so we have plenty of our own food to eat and not have to rely so much on the supermarket for quick dinners. I am really trying to cut down on bread items but want to get back to baking my own when we do need it. There is a new flock of chickens on our farm including a rooster who seems to be fitting in nicely with our current one. They each have there own set of girls to care for so it works out nicely. The Natural Wellness Studio is going along quite nicely as well! I have 3 yoga classes per week and am fitting in a private session here and there. Reflexology is a service I am now providing and can schedule those so contact me if interested! Make sure you check out the Facebook page and my website tabs to find out more! I do have some products available, mostly right at my studio. My products are not the biggest part of what I do but I have things here and there for you. There is some soap, salves like lip balm, Relief Salve, Vapor Balm, and Antiseptic stick. There are smudging needs like sage bundles and palo santo wood as well as room and body sprays! Lastly, my YouTube channel is up and running so head on over and subscribe so you can keep up on the info being provided there! I will be back once I get to canning! I will also be posting some pictures soon as well.
